With MCSQ there is no charge for a repair quote, just mention it to us and we will complete it before any work is done. We quote all parts and labour up front where possible so there are no nasty surprises. Also, we have a NO FIX NO PAY policy which means exactly that, if we can't fix it, no matter what the issue, YOU DON'T PAY!!

ON-SITE SERVICE  

Most work is completed on-site however if we do have to take it away to be repaired you are kept up to date with the progress at every step.
 

CUSTOMER EDUCATION

Where possible, we try our best to explain the root cause of the problem to you so that you aren't continously paying for the same work to be done over and over again.
